A dry Riesling that makes the most of the firm acidity characteristic of the varietal, making it easy to pair with meals.
It lacks the petrol notes often found in Riesling, instead featuring a very elegant aroma with prominent citrus fruits, floral notes, and minerality.
The 2025 vintage is characterized by the gentle fruitiness that envelops the vertically extending acidity, and a dignified expression.
