To the core gin, made only from juniper berries, we added only botanicals (plant materials) distilled from grape pomace and stems. Despite combining just three elements, it expresses a complex flavor. The fresh aroma of grapes harmonizes with the clear flavor of juniper berries. When you take a sip, you'll feel an elegant richness much like wine, followed by a refreshing finish that evokes the natural landscapes of Hokkaido.
The grape pomace used is from MARO Wines.
We received cooperation from "Hokkaido TEA" for the stems.
—Distillation by "Shakotan Spirit"—
The distillation takes place at Shakotan Spirit, located on the Shakotan Peninsula in the northwestern part of Hokkaido. Shakotan Spirit employs a style where each variety is distilled individually before blending. This time-consuming method allows each aroma to stand out and makes it possible to create products with various unique characteristics.
This new-concept craft gin can be enjoyed on its own or paired with food, promising to create new dining experiences.

I need a bag, what should I do?
We offer carrier bags for one bottle and for two bottles. Please add the required number of bags to your cart from the product page. They will be shipped together with the wine.

If you will be personally delivering the product after it arrives, we provide gift boxes and bags. We have boxes for one bottle and two bottles, and tote bags for one bottle (tote bags for two bottles are currently in production). Please add the necessary items to your cart.
If you are sending the item directly to the recipient's address, we will not include an invoice with the price.
How long does it take to ship?
Normally, we ship within 1 to 3 days including the order date, but it may take up to approximately one week.
If you are in a hurry, please confirm the shipping date with us in advance via inquiry before purchasing.
"Can I have it gift wrapped?"
Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery dates or times. We will provide the Japan Post tracking number in the shipping notification email, so please contact the post office directly using that number.
