Q. Tell me about shipping fees.
Shipping is free nationwide for orders totaling 20,000 yen (tax included) or more.
For orders below that amount, shipping fees vary by area, so please check here.
Due to wine quality control, all shipments are chilled regardless of the season.

Q. Can I specify the delivery date and time?
Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. We will notify you of the Yu-Pack tracking number when your order is shipped, so please contact the post office directly with that number to specify the date and time.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 days of the order date, but it may take up to a week. If you are in a hurry, please confirm the shipping date in advance via inquiry before placing your order.

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?

1. If you are delivering the wine yourself after it arrives
We offer single-bottle paper bags and single-bottle gift boxes (both ¥220 each, paid)
or two-bottle boxes (¥220 each, paid). Please add the necessary items to your cart from the product page.
Please note that you cannot order more bags than the number of wine bottles.

2. If shipping directly to the recipient
While simple, we will pack and seal two-bottle boxes with original stickers and send them. Please select "Two-bottle box" from the product page (¥220, paid) and add it to your cart. If you do not add a two-bottle box, we will ship the wine in a cardboard box.
Please note that if the billing address and shipping address are different, we will refrain from including an invoice with the price listed.

Q. Can I get a receipt?

If you would like a receipt, please specify the "recipient name" in the notes section and let us know. We will send it enclosed with your order.

Q. How should I store the wine?

Store in a cool, dark place away from high temperatures, humidity, and light.
Wines with corks should ideally be stored horizontally in a place free of strong odors.
If not storing for a long period, there's no need to be overly meticulous; simply avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Q. When is the best time to drink the wine?

MARO Wines are sold in a condition that is delicious to drink immediately.
However, it is recommended to let the wine rest for about a week after arrival to allow it to settle down from any instability caused by transportation.
